Terms
 Hello folks...well I hope you have enjoyed looking through our site and now you are deciding what you can't live without!
GREAT.....Heres the TERMS...
SECURE
Our site is totally secure....so please be rest assured that your details will be safe with us :)
PAYMENT
We accept Paypal, cheques and postal orders (UK only)....we regret that at this time we can only accept paypal from our overseas customers.
Do remember that you do not need a paypal account to pay with paypal...as they accept all major credit cards too!
If you have
paid by cheque or postal order...we will not despatch until it has
cleared in our bank which usually takes 7 working days...!
ORDERING
When ordering an item, please make sure, you have chosen the correct item for your country in the drop down menu, within the item page....this will then calculate the shipping for you to your correct country, otherwise there will be a problem and items will not be sent.....whoops! please also see postage.
POSTAGE
I have tried to work out the postage as best and fairly as I can, per each item!...but I understand that if you order more than one item, the postage can mount up! With this in mind, if you want to order more than once item, can you please email me with the details of what you want to order and your destination...I will then be able to give you a discount code for your postage costs :)
I tend to post once a week, but if you need your item sooner...please email me and tell me :)...please allow between 7-10 working days for delivery :)
POSTAL RETURNS
If you are at all unhappy with your purchase....please email me explaining the problem within 24 hours of receiving your item, this way I can help you as soon as a problem occurs....
If you have changed your mind about something, you will have to pay for return postage to me....where I can offer a refund of the purchase price only....please remember that item/s must be returned to me in the same condition to which you received them from me , i.e complete in unopened packaging and not smelling of smoke, perfume or any unwanted pet smells!!! LOL! Once items are delivered back to me in this fabulous condition and examined, I will then send you your refund in the same way as you paid me :)
However, if an item is faulty...please again email me, within 24 hours of receiving your item, in this case I will be able to refund you your item and postage to me, once you have returned it....again please retain all packaging when returning.
BESPOKE GRAPHIC DESIGN
Due to the nature of these purchases....once you have entered into an agreement with me to design your graphics package (i.e. purchased a pack), you are bound by my contract...there will be no refund with my graphic design packages once purchased, as I will work with you until you are extremely happy with what you have paid for...the waiting time for a design can be upto 1 month depending on what I have on my plate at the time...but I will always keep you posted as to what is happening and when I will be able to start your design....remember you will wait a maximum of 1 month only, before I will start your design...unlike other designers - where you can wait 6 months or so! AND REMEMBER IF YOU INTEND TO PRINT ANY OF YOUR GRAPHICS THAT I HAVE DESIGNED, YOU WILL HAVE TO PURCHASE A 'LICENSE TO PRINT' PACK BEFORE YOU DO THIS...AVAILABLE HERE

I describe everything acurately and to the best of my knowledge....giving you the correct measurements of each item (if there are no measurements...please ask me!)....I take time to lovingly make and source all products within this website so that you the customer will be happy when searching through its pages...
